The title references both the revival of passionate vinyl listening in the 21st century & also Smegma's celebration of their long hard slog of 33 1/3 years of being one of the most free thinking original American underground groups.

With the release of Mirage, Smegma has recorded a stunning masterpiece with four of the original members (Ju Suk Reet Meate, Donkey Flybye, Ace Farren & Oblivia) working together again for the first time in many years, keeping alive their unique brand of old school primitive, avant/garage music. The CD was recorded at a Smegma house party in Portland, September 25, 2010 & includes a bonus 1974 original Pasadena unreleased recording.
