On any post, if the link is no longer good, leave a comment if you want the music re-uploaded. As long as I still have the file, or the record, cd, or cassette to re-rip, I will gladly accommodate in a timely manner all such requests.

  2. Thanks for everything you've been sharing mate, I love your choices. Lately for some reason my anti-virus software is kicking in massively whenever I dl something fromt the site though. Has me beat, I don't believe you're sharing anything nasty, not sure what to do about it.

    1. Around 16 October I received this comment:
“Microsoft anti-virus is stopping this file saying it contains a virus/trojan. It would be great if you'd check it.”

      My reply was:
“The problem is with Microsoft. Just ran Metadefender to double check. Twenty-five different scan programs, no virus found. I always use my own Superantispyware on all items I share & I always use MEGA as my cloud, they have their own virus detection & block anything questionable. But it is your final decision & if you feel unsure, don't download or open. Better safe than sorry. “

      Phillip replied:
“Thank you, you are quite correct... After downloading the file on Linux, uploading it to an online virus checker (it checks out clean as you say) and decompressing it, I've finally got the music on my Windows machine. Your efforts are much appreciated.”

      To which I replied:
“Phillip, glad that worked out. I make sure every share I do has been virus checked & I use MEGA for all cloud storage so they use their own protection. The only links I can't say for sure about is visitor provided links, but most times I download those & check them for myself. Always good to be certain, though.”

So AC, all I can say is said above. Do what you must to be safe.
