On the fifth day of Namlook,
Pete gave to thee
Re-al-i-ty,
A lost power supply.
Some aliens in his suitcase,
The Dutch Side of the Milky Way,
& an astrogator in a pear tree.

Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune...sure, it's good to leave 'em wanting, but i think, on balance, it's a better thing that Pete was so prolific. All i've heard so far has been jolly well agreeable, and not (too) diluted by quantity. Merry Crumbles!
ReplyDeleteThanks, kind bard. Merry Crumbles to you & Hoppy Holly Daze as well.
DeleteThanks NØ, I'm really enjoying this series. You nailed the fifth day singalong, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, AD Dave. Have to keep things festive & stick with the spirit of it all. Cheers.
DeleteApologies if you've already got this Nate, but knowing of your/our mutual love of all things Bill, i thought it'd draw your attention to this - https://soundaboard.blogspot.com/search/label/Bill%20Nelson?m=1
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this. I was at this show at the Keystone with my soon to be (October 18th) wife the Black Dahlia. This should spark some memories. Only thing about the share...The Keystone was in fact in Palo Alto, CA as stated (not San Francisco as also stated). Palo Alto is a city about 15 miles north of San Jose (where I lived in 1981) on Route 101. It is the heart of Silicon Valley & home of Stanford University.
