We all (should) know this musickal Legend, the Upsetter himself, Rainford Perry.

 

 

Here he teamed up with Dubblestandart, the Viennese  Dub/reggae phenoms. Together with Ari Up, they released Dubblestandart / Lee Perry & Ari-Up - Return from Planet Dub.

Much of that release is here remixed by producer, DJ, remixer Robo Bass Hifi (Markus Kammann) who delivers a tight combination of Roots, jungle, Dub, dubstep, UK digiDub, & drum 'n' bass. His electro reggae flavour is drenched in BASS!

 

 

 

On this excursion, Robo Bass Hifi leads Lee 'Scratch' Perry & Dubblestandart into his dark room to augment his mastery of the deep, thick bass. Great 21st Century Perry outings, both the original & the remix.
