Dub Crusaders

 

Dub Crusaders is the house band for Jah Works run by Dominic 'Jah Rej' Forte. Since 1982 Jah Rej has been producing & mixing heavyweight Roots, reggae & Dub. Rej set up the Jah Works label in 1989.

Jah Works label was one of the very first of the new breed of UK Dub / Roots outfits to release deep spiritual Roots music back in the late 80s which tore up Roots dances up & down the UK.  Jah Works blends old school values with modern production techniques. Jah Works Sound is big, atmospheric, full of 'old skool' vibes. Jah Rej’s blistering Dub mixes have long been favorites amongst the top UK Sound Systems, particularly the legendary Jah Shaka.
