Musick that Needed Work - S: Stimmen der Stille

 

Stimmen der Stille (Voices of Silence) were a German dark Post-Punk band which has a nice early Goth sound. Morgenstern (Morning Star) is their only full length (a few demos, compilation tracks, & an EP complete their recorded output), so there is not much information about the band. A few of the tracks veer into experimental soundscapes before taking hold with killer hooks & powerful vocals. There sound is reminisenct of Xmal Deutschland.
