On any post, if the link is no longer good, leave a comment if you want the music re-uploaded. As long as I still have the file, or the record, cd, or cassette to re-rip, I will gladly accommodate in a timely manner all such requests.

You Don’t Know Zip, Dog

Zip Dog was a UK record label owned by members of Emperor Sly. They featured a roster of Jungle, Drum 'n' Bass, Breakbeat, Electro-Techno Dub acts.

If you like your music without boundaries, international ethnic based music with a groove, then you should enjoy these two discs. From the late 90s, they feature some of the most innovative & promising artists from the International DJ set with groups/DJ's like Asian Dub Foundation, Loop Guru, Fun-da-mental, Tranquility Bass, Fat Boy Slim, Transglobal Underground, Emperor Sly, The Rootsman along with others. The Eastern vibe abounds, complimented by Drum 'n' Bass, Dub, & post psychedelic beats on laid back chill-out grooves that will gently massage your mind.

Various - Terra Musica: Global Explorer II 2xCD, Zip Dog Records ZD22CD, 1998.

  8. Man oh man, this takes me back. Loop Guru! Asian Dub Foundation! Syzygy! I think I had this given to me by a label rep when I was buying for Tower Records back in the day. Late nights driving around L.A./Pasadena with this pulsing as the soundtrack was my scene! Thanks for the memories, mistah!
