This whole month I've been kicking it on the lounger with some iced mixed drinks, chillin', listenin' to this Downtempo, but I'm so chill I think my 'nads froze. I've gotta kick this hazy habit, pick up the tempo, hop onta the dancefloor & thaw out. Start out with a short blast of hi-NRG disco, then see how well I'm hoppin' & boppin'.
Tantra was an innovative Italian disco-rock studio project created in the late 1970s by renowned Bologna-born producer, arranger, & keyboardist Celso Valli. Merging progressive rock, Euro disco, & the driving synth-basslines of Giorgio Moroder, Tantra laid the foundational groundwork for the Italo-disco movement. This is an early example of hi-NRG music.
