On any post, if the link is no longer good, leave a comment if you want the music re-uploaded. As long as I still have the file, or the record, cd, or cassette to re-rip, I will gladly accommodate in a timely manner all such requests.

Fab, Trip 15

Simon Green is from Brighton, England. He records under the name Bonobo. Although usually regarded as a Trip-hop artist, I think his musical influences are more alternative rock & world music. Beginning with the release of his second full-length Dial 'M' for Monkey (June 2003) he has been aligned with the Ninja Tune label. Ninja Tune was at the forefront of the original Bristol Trip-hop sound.

Bonobo is based out of Los Angeles these day. The set I am sharing here is a live one from his tour in support of The North Borders with a selection of songs off of Days to Come, Black Sands, & The North Borders. Bonobo tours with a full band & various vocalist. I feel this is his closest to the true heart of Trip-hop.
